Honed

Honing levels the surface with abrasives and produces a matte or satin appearance rather than high gloss. Abrasive grade and stone type influence feel and tone. “Honed” does not define one universal roughness: two samples can behave differently. Wet flooring needs test evidence for the finish actually supplied.
